App news improved

StitchBuddy, StitchBuddy HD

I just released StitchBuddy / StitchBuddy HD 3.5.0.

Both apps are now supporting a new thread chart, Smart Thread Multitalent, a multi-purpose thread produced in Germany. And I have worked on App News, which are presented at app launch.

  • App News was introduced to StitchBuddy HD on iOS / iPadOS.
  • News articles can be better formatted, including text styles or links, to provide better guidance.
  • A presented news can be marked as read and will not be shown again.
  • The automatic connection to StitchBuddy’s web server at app launch can be disabled in StitchBuddy’s preferences, but you can always manually request a news update.

StitchBuddy / -HD 3.5.0 is rolled out in waves, and your device will install the new version automatically within a week, depending on system preferences. Or you can directly install it manually.
